Am planning to change services from ooredoo to another company just because of an app can you believe it ?! Fix your app I can’t make calls or WiFi because of your app is broken and I need to pay

No need to say how bad the service is. They don’t care about customer satisfaction and never will because they only care about money, worst company to deal with just avoid.

It's like 95% of the time oops something went wrong the other 5% is good u really have to solve the crashing problem and after the latest update it’s worse than before 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

More than 3 weeks the program doesn’t work properly, it keep showing that last update 3rd of March , I look for new update but this is the last one in App Store. What the heck?

We used to get Free 25 MB when entering the app. It was very helpful for renewing my internet data when it runs-out but NOT any more!! Now I have to straggle until I find a free wifi when I’m out or connected with a hotspot if I was lucky with some friends.

I like it UI can be better. For instance it is a bit hard to find plans button It can be bigger I like colors And sometimes it doesn’t work properly. Specially when it transfers to bank for online pay There can be gamification on app to keep me in touch

Every time i try to renew my plan there is a problem where they take money from my account but never activate the plan i payed for and an error message shows up. Fix this ooreedoo! You have terrible customer service! This is unacceptable.

Hi dear The application is working me. Have updated to latest version and still I’m getting same issue “No internet connect. Last update 04 October” Kindly help to resolve

Frequently App Under Maintenance

Im in Italy,and I had to bother a friend in Muscat to go an pay a balance so I can change to passport plan When I try to pay the balance in Italy through the application. it didn’t let Me. You need to improve that.

يتوقف التطبيق عن العمل بشكل شهري تقريباً، ويطلب التحديث بالرغم من انه آخر تحديث، الحل هو حذف التطبيق واعادة تثبيته، حجم التطبيق تقريباً 200mb مما يعني بأن المستخدم يخسر 200mb من الباقة الشهرية لإعادة تثبيت تطبيق الشركة!!!

I have been trying to make a payment through your app since august 2021 until today sept 10 , 2021 and the app payment is not working . I tried calling but getting no help .

The payment page never loads and I can never top up any of my phone numbers because of that. I’ve been experiencing this issue for the last 6 months or more. Terrible and poorly optimized.

I like this app so much better than going to gas stations every 3 days. I would recommend to have an option to be able to cancel a plan before the deadline so the next plan could be renewed.
